Don founded and developed his first business at the age of 16. He continued to succeed running this business throughout a tour in the U.S. Army. This success was repeated again when he entered the insurance business in 1970, where Don received numerous awards and honors. He has been a valued representative for such major companies as New York Life, Travelers, Transamerica, Prudential, and Blue Shield, to mention a few. Don established membership in the "Million Dollar Round Table" for 20 years, a status a small percentage of the industry achieves. He has won the National Quality Award, the National Sales Achievement Award and the Health Insurance Quality Award, to mention a few of his achievements.
As a member of several professional and community organizations Don stays in touch with the financial and business matters affecting his clients. His involvement with community organizations, such as the Rotary, Toastmasters, and the Chamber of Commerce, has provided Don with resources and affiliations that are valuable to his clients.
Don has been trained, certified and licensed in the use of insurance, and other financial instruments. Don has offered a tax preparation service for several years and is knowledgeable in the area of Tax and Estate Planning. He has written several articles in his field for publications such as The Orange County Business Journal.
